Frequently asked questions

Our watches are designed in Belgium but made all over the world. We work together with small companies who provide us the best quality products. The "marriage" of the watches and the handmade boxes are all done in Zwevegem, Belgium.

After we receive the order, we ship within 48h. Our customers receive a trackingnumber. Depending the land of destination we expect the delivery between 2 and 7 workdays.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase. Returns are only accepted after check on damages and full sets. If there are any damages or watches doesn't come back as full set (warranty card etc...) money will not be refunded. Returns must be shipped towards: Marketrading V.O.F. Tieltseweg 43 8720 Dentergem Belgium. Shippingcosts will not be refunded.
